Missing your Owner's Manual? No problem! Contact our Parts Department at (530) 846-8001 or parts@coeshakers.com & let us know the year/model of your equipment and we can email or mail you a new copy.

warranty submission

Need to submit a warranty claim? Simply fill out the warranty claim form above completely with your name, email, phone number, year/model of your equipment & describe the part(s) you would like to submit for warranty and submit to warranty@coeshakers.com. Our service team will contact you promptly!

Additionally, make sure you have already submitted your equipment registration form.

***It is the customer's responsibility to submit the John Deere engine warranty registration directly to John Deere.  You may do so at johndeere.com/warranty ***
