COE Dealer Portal
To Submit A COE Warranty Claim:
Make sure the Equipment Registration Form has been submitted to COE. Warranties cannot be processed if the equipment has not been registered by the owner.
Step One
Download the Warranty Claim Form (PDF). Save it to your computer, first, then open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader, fill it out, and save your information.
Step Two
Scan your receipts & invoices, and save them to your computer.
Step Three
Email your claim to warranty@coeshakers.com. Please include completed Warranty Claim Form and receipts/invoices.
